Pick- Up

Pick- up is FREE and available during our business hours of 9am-6pm and must be scheduled, unless discussed with the designer.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Once you submit your wishlist, within two business days a designer will reach out to confirm your wishlist along with availability for delivery or pick up. This email will also contain a proposal for you to look over including a link to the invoice payment.

Delivery

Delivery is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. Deliveries that are approved are to within a 20 mile radius of Columbus, OH. Delivery rates will vary based on location and any locations over the 20 miles will incur a fee determined by how many miles over.

We are so happy you have chosen one of our beautiful collections for your special event. Please note that we cannot guarantee flower selection despite specifications on the order. Due to the process of handling products of nature, Prema Designs reserves the right to make changes to flower and vase selections without prior notice if the specific blooms are not available. Our designers will make the best decision based on their knowledge and expertise, while making sure your arrangements look beautiful and fit the theme and collection aesthetic.

Flower Selection

Unless agreed upon, all vessels need to be returned by one week after the event date. Your confirmation email will include a return by date along with instructions for where to drop off.

Vessel Return

Prema Designs is not responsible for the care of the flowers once the delivery has been completed. We will give some care instructions and our best recommendations upon pick-up/delivery. This also means that we are not responsible for setting up or unpacking the arrangements.
